These numbers include dry-aging, butchering, professional vacuum sealing, labeling, boxing and delivery directly to your door!
We have 2 Options you can choose from for a Half Beef (keep in mind you lose some weight off the rail after dry-aging and butchering, usually about 20% give or take):
- Option A - $1600 (200 lbs on the rail)
Option B - $1750 (235 lbs on the rail)
Here are all the cuts you’ll get:
2 to 3 of each Roast:
Rump; Chuck; Sirloin-tip; Cross-rib
8 to 10 of each Steak:
Tenderloin; Ribeye; sirloin; New York
- 1 Front Point Brisket
- 1 Rack of Back Ribs
- 3 to 4 packs of Short Ribs
- 5 to 6 lbs of Stew Beef
- 70 to 90 lbs of Ground Beef (55% of the total weight)
- Broth/dog Bones
With option B you get:
2 lbs of cheese smokies, 2 lbs of pepperoni sticks and 2 lbs of breakfast sausage.
All of these products are Premium 100% Grass-fed and Grass-finished Beef.
