⚠️ What does that mean? Hanging weight is the side of beef before it’s aged, trimmed, and cut.
After dry-aging and butchering, you’ll receive about 52%–60% of that weight as packaged, freezer-ready meat — typically around 175–190 lbs. of beef for your freezer.

We include this up front so you know exactly what you’re paying for and what to expect when you open your boxes.

📝 What’s Included

Every half beef comes beautifully cut and vacuum sealed for your freezer. Here’s what you’ll receive:

          Roasts:

• 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts (approx. 3 lbs. each)
• 2 Chuck Roasts (approx. 3 lbs. each)
• 2 Rump Roasts (approx. 3 lbs. each)
• 2 Cross-Rib Roasts (approx. 3 lbs. each)

   

  Steaks:
• 6 pkgs of 2 Tenderloin Steaks (12 total, 1.5” thick)
